A self-contained studio in rural Andalucia, near to the white village of Comares and a short distance to the coast. The studio has far reaching views to the sea and the mountains. Book the studio on its own for 2 people, or book the adjacent apartment as well if you’re a larger group.
The apartment and the studio are adjacent to one another allowing family or friends to book both, whilst still having independent space. Sleeps 5 in total (3 in the apartment & 2 in the studio). Reference no: VTAR/MA/01628
The studio is in a tranquil, rural setting and is a 10 minute drive from the white village of Comares, known for its Moorish influence and unspoilt by tourism. There are so many walking routes in the area for all abilities, and you can also go horse riding and get to see all the local flora and fauna. A short drive will take you to the coast, where there are lots of watersports and activities on offer and a wide variety of places to eat and drink. There is a water park at Torre del Mar, and a good golf course at Baveria Golf Caleta. For days out, head for the local cities such as Malaga or Granada, drive down to the coast to Torrox or visit the famous Nerja caves. If you want to go out on a boat trip, head to Caleta Port.

Interior Details
The studio is entirely open plan but well designed to ensure separate areas. The double bedroom area is curtained off from the living area. It has plenty of storage space and the bathroom leading off this area has a large walk in shower, WC and basin. The Spanish style kitchen has colourful curtained units and a good selection of appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The living space has a sofa, a TV and DVD player, and fabulous views from the picture windows. Wifi throughout. There’s a table in front of the patio doors for if you choose not to eat al fresco.
Exterior Details
Outside the studio are tables and chairs in a private area, and rustic stairs leading up to the pool terrace. Around the pool you’ll find tables, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a jacuzzi for use in the cooler months.
Conditions
25% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. The jacuzzi costs an additional £30 per week. Christmas and NY bookings are classed as mid season prices. 10% off if you book the apartment and studio together. Prices based on two sharing - the third guest costs an additional £49 per week.
