A three bedroom holiday villa in Spain with a private pool, set just below the beautiful hilltop village of Comares in Andalucia. Views to the mountains and beyond; this is a wonderful rural Spanish escape.
The house is located 5 minutes off the main road in a quiet area of Alqueria, just below the pretty hilltop village of Comares, a historic and picturesque ‘white village’ with narrow cobbled streets, a 16th century church and a handful of local bars and shops. Licence Number: CR/MA/02175
The location of Casa Araceli offers you the best of both worlds - enjoy the peace and tranquility, or head out and about to explore. Visit the nearby beautiful white village of Comares, known for its Moorish influenced styling and beautifully unspoilt by tourists. There are lots of walking routes in the area, ranging from gentle to challenging, and you can also horse ride and enjoy the diversity of bird life. A short drive will take you to the coast, where you can enjoy beach life, watersports and a wide variety of places to eat and drink. There is a water park at Torre del Mar, and an excellent golf course at Baveria Golf Caleta. For days out, head for the local cities such as Malaga or Granada, drive down to the coast to Torrox or visit the famous Nerja caves. If you want to go out on a boat trip, head to Caleta Port. There's no shortage of activities on offer for all the family, if you can face leaving your little idyll!

Interior Details
The villa is set all on one level, has three bedrooms and can sleep six people. There’s one twin room with patio doors to the terrace. There is one double room with an ensuite shower room. There’s one kingsize room, also with an ensuite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. There’s a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and cutlery, plus a washing machine. There is an open plan dining room / living room with high beamed ceilings. A dining table and chairs for six, and a comfy leather corner sofa, plus a large wood burner for the cooler months, and an air con unit for the hotter ones! Wifi throughout.
Exterior Details
The whole property is gated and fenced, and there’s an additional gated entrance down some steps to the pool terrace. The terrace has a large covered area with table and chairs, smaller table and chairs. There is a large brick built BBQ with a sink area. There is plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the views. The swimming pool is 7m x 3m and there is an outdoor shower.
Conditions
25% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am.
