The villa is a five minute walk to the beautiful hilltop village of Comares. Comares has a strong Moorish influence and is blissfully free of large tourist crowds due to its location. This area is a truly unspoilt part of Spain, just one hour from Malaga airport, yet surrounded by olive groves and orchards, tranquility and birdlife. For days out, head for the local cities such as Malaga or Granada, drive down to the coast to Torrox or visit the famous Nerja caves. Lots of pretty villages to explore and numerous walking trails in the local area. Horse riding is popular and you will find an excellent golf course at Baveria Golf Caleta. Alternatively, enjoy some sunbathing and water sports at the beach or take the whole family to the water park at Torre del Mar.

Interior Details
Downstairs there’s a spacious open plan living area with comfy sofas, TV, DVD player, stereo and a collection of books. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a good selection of cutlery, crockery, utensils and appliances. There’s a dining table for six people. Also downstairs is a separate shower room. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one double ensuite (with both bath and shower) with doors that open onto a large terrace, an additional double with a small balcony overlooking the pool., and a twin room with a large balcony. There’s another shower room on this floor. There is air conditioning throughout the house which is operated by a coin meter.
Exterior Details
Outside there’s a large swimming pool with fabulous views and comfortable sun loungers. There’s a large covered terrace area with table and chairs and an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, pizza oven and washbasin.
