A 2 bedroom apartment and an adjacent 1 bedroom studio in rural Andalucia, with a shared pool, fantastic views, and a short drive from the hilltop village of Comares. Far reaching mountain and sea views, this is a fabulous rural idyll for up to five people close to the Spanish coastline.
The apartment and the studio are next to one another allowing family or friends to book both, whilst still having their private space. Sleeps 5 in total (3 in the apartment & 2 in the studio). Reference no: VTAR/MA/01628.
The apartment and studio are in a rural and tranquil setting but is only a 10 minute drive from the white village of Comares, known for its Moorish influence and unspoilt by tourists. There are many walking routes in the area, ranging from gentle to challenging, and you can also go horse riding and enjoy all the local flora and fauna. A short drive will take you to the coast, where you can enjoy watersports, beach life and a wide variety of places to eat and drink. There is a water park at Torre del Mar, and a very good golf course at Baveria Golf Caleta. For days out, head for the local cities such as Malaga or Granada, drive down to the coast to Torrox or visit the famous Nerja caves. If you want to go out on a boat trip, head to Caleta Port. There's no shortage of activities on offer for all the family, if you can face leaving this tranquil spot.

Interior Details
The apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom and can sleep up to three people. The separate shower room has a large walk-in shower with WC and basin.The Spanish style kitchen has colourful curtained units and a good selection of appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen area also has a dining table. The living space has comfy armchairs, positioned to make the most of the views. There’s a TV, DVD player, a small library of books and wifi throughout.
The studio is entirely open plan but well designed to ensure separate areas. The double bedroom area is curtained off from the living area. It has plenty of storage space and the bathroom leading off this area has a large walk in shower, WC and basin. The Spanish style kitchen has colourful curtained units and a good selection of appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The living space has a sofa, a TV and DVD player, and fabulous views from the picture windows. Wifi throughout. There’s a table in front of the patio doors for if you choose not to eat al fresco.
Exterior Details
Outside are tables and chairs, and rustic stairs leading up to the pool terrace. Around the pool you’ll find tables, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a jacuzzi for use in the cooler months.
Conditions
25% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. The jacuzzi costs an additional £30 per week. Christmas and NY bookings are classed as mid season prices.
