Villa Pasini perches on a hill 280m above sea level and it is situated just 1km from the lovely village of Livade, where every year between September and November there is a famous exhibition of truffles. The villa itself has been restored to an exceptionally high standard both inside and out, and you’d be hard pressed to find a hot tub with a more inspiring view. This is a tranquil and uplifting place to rest and relax and an ideal choice for family villa holidays and unique stays.
The villa sits in peaceful surroundings with a delightful year-round climate, especially in Spring and Autumn. The views of the valley are utterly awe-inspiring, and the countryside is perfect for exploring on foot. Just 500m from the house there is a natural waterfall, you could discover Parenzana with its bridge and tunnels, and 4km away there is a thermal resort where you can bathe in naturally sulphurous water and mud. All your food requirements are catered for – with a small market in Livade, a bigger market in Buzet, and restaurants all around.

Interior Details
The villa is laid out over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with wonderful views. There is also a large bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms - one of which has a specially designed bathroom with two sinks and a two-person shower with steam sauna. Both of these bedrooms have access to the balcony from where there are views that simply have to be seen to be believed. On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms with big bathrooms and wardrobes. All the bathrooms have big massage showers.
Exterior Details
The garden is split into no less than 7 levels. In front of the house is a first level with a patio and on the second level is a 12m saltwater infinity pool and a whirlpool hot tub for 4 people. The third and fourth levels are used for bird watching and growing aromatic herbs and the other part of the garden is filled with olive lavender trees. The covered outside terrace is perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down with good glass of wine in hand. There is an outdoor gym (see photos) with a variety of equipment and wonderful views!
Conditions of Rental
During peak season we request that guests stay from Saturday to Saturday. Deposit required on booking. Pool and bath towels are provided – please bring your own beach towels. Smoking is permitted outside the house. No pets.
