Lovingly renovated by an internationally renowned interior designer and a team of local architects and craftsmen, Borgo Tranquillo is a gorgeous 15 acre Italian estate where you can relax, unwind and allow yourself to be thoroughly looked after. The villa itself is the epitome of chic, with clean white furnishings, an open fireplace and REN toiletries in the bathrooms. The grounds are picture-perfect, with landscaped gardens, walking trails and a pool with a serious view. And all around you is the magical Le Marche countryside, waiting quietly to be explored and enjoyed. This is the perfect setting in which to completely switch off.
Le Marche is known for its lovely scenery, clement weather, unspoilt beaches and old-school hospitality, not to mention its picturesque villages, local wineries and well-preserved churches and monasteries. There are plenty of walks to be enjoyed in the foothills of the Appennines, the coastal resort of Senigallia is just 35km away and the nearby town of Arcevia provides a good selection of banks, bars, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, newsagents, pharmacies and restaurants.
Ancona airport is just a 40 minute drive away and directions will be sent to you prior to your trip.

The villa has two timber-beamed en-suite bedrooms - one king with French windows to the garden and a walk-in dressing area and one king/twin with a luxurious double ended bath. On the ground floor there is a designer kitchen with a dining table for six and on the first floor there is a living room with an open fire, comfortable sofas and a balcony.
The villa has its own private hedged gardens with lawns, terraces and a well. And within the estate you will find an infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, a criss-cross of walking paths and a variety of terraces and spaces where you can read a book or play games. In the Clubhouse there is a library, a free bar and a hammam/sauna.
On site there are also four stylish apartments.
Conditions of Rental
Price includes VAT, gas, water, electricity, heating, bed linen (changed weekly), towels (changed twice a week), firewood, barbeques, mountain bikes, free bar, Nespresso coffee, a DVD and book library, fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, use of swimming pool/sauna/hammam and end of tenancy cleaning. A 50% deposit required at time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 200 euro breakages deposit is to be paid on arrival in cash and will be returned before your departure.
