Unique accommodation for up to six people in a remote stone roundhouse on the island of Brac in Croatia. This quirky property is set in the middle of a large olive grove, has a private pool, and is just a stone’s throw away from the coast.
A magical place to escape busy life and enjoy peace and relaxation among the olive groves. This unique place to stay in Croatia is well away from the road and has fabulous sea views. Enjoy relaxing by your private pool, walking along the seafront, and enjoying your beautiful natural surroundings from this traditional Dalmatian house.
Although the house is in a very private and peaceful setting it is just 120m from a pebble beach, 1km from the town of Mirca, and 3km from the coastal port town of Supetar. Mirca has a good range of shops, restaurants and amenities, and the nearest restaurant to the house is just 400m away. The island of Brac is the third largest island in Croatia (and the largest in Dalmatia), at 40km x 12km. It is known for its Brac stone which has been used worldwide, and is a popular tourist destination thanks to its beautiful beaches and sparkling azure waters. Nearby Supetar is famous for its beaches, and a good place to head for those looking for nightlife.

Interior Details
The house has two double bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an additional two guests, so it can sleep up to six people in total. The kitchen area is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, kettle, toast, and fridge with freezer. There is one full bathroom as well as a separate toilet. There is a comfortable seating area with satellite TV. The house has a washing machine, air conditioning and wifi.
Exterior Details
The house has a private swimming pool (open and heated from Jun - Sep), with sun loungers and outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower. There is a gas BBQ on the large terrace for eating al fresco. There are four bicycles available for guest use. Parking on site.
Conditions of Rental
Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am. Air conditioning, heating and wifi at no additional cost. Pets are welcome for 15€ per pet per day. A €200 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.
