Up a few steps to the main living area, comfortable sofas and armchairs are the perfect place to relax after a long day to watch a movie, or to read a book in front of the wood burner. One of the sofas is a double sofa bed. There is a lovely recessed window area with a sofa and chairs with uninterrupted views straight up to the Beacons. There is a downstairs shower room and an area for leaving coats and boots. Also there are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two doubles sharing one Jack & Jill shower room and a twin with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a further very spacious bathroom with a bath. Up a flight of steps is a large oak beamed open plan room. the fourth bedroom on the mezzanine level (overlooking the living space) has six single pine beds and can be used as a bedroom or a further sitting area. Outside, there is a sunny, sitting area with wooden table and benches and a stone built BBQ. Dine alfresco morning, noon and evening, enjoying the wonderful views down the valley towards Brecon.
