Casa de Olivos is in the north of the Castellon province and is set on a hillside overlooking the town of Traiguera which is 2.5km away. The town of Sant Jordi is a similar distance, and both of these pretty places can be reached on foot or by bike. The whole place has been designed for you to enjoy your natural surroundings. Dotted around the olive grove estate you’ll find various relaxation pods - a king sized four poster bed looking out to the mountains, seating in the shade of an olive tree, bean bags and yoga mats in shady places, and a sofa on the edge of a hill with a panoramic view of the valley. There is almost no light pollution in the night skies, so it’s a stunning spot for some stargazing.
Casa de Olivos is set in a tranquil countryside setting overlooking the rural town of Traiguera. There are miles upon miles of walking and cycling trails right outside the gate, and you can walk to both Traiguera or Sant Jordi in 30 minutes. Both towns have markets, shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. The Costa del Azahar runs from Almenara, through Castellon and all the way to the border with Catalonia. It has home to numerous Blue Flag beaches and seaside towns, and you’ll find lots to see and do both on the coast and further inland.

Interior Details
Casa de Olivos is made up of two apartments.
Pool View apartment can sleep up to two people in one king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room. It has an open plan kitchen, dining (breakfast bar) and living area, as well as an additional washroom and utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, gas hob, oven, grill and microwave. The living space is also home to some books and games. Bathroom towels, pool towels, bath robes, slippers, some toiletries and hairdryer are also included. There is free unlimited WiFi, Smart TV and a portable bluetooth speaker.
Exterior Details
Pool view apartment has a private covered terrace with pool views, dining table and chairs. Outside in the shared areas there’s lots of space for relaxing, dining, and sunbathing. There is a saltwater pool and a pool terrace with comfortable loungers, parasols and a dining space. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a wood fired BBQ. There are three relaxation pods in the terrace gardens - a four poster daybed pod (also suitable for a night under the stars), the Zen Zone pod with its super sized bean bags and mountain views, and the Olive pod, made up of a pair of loungers under the shade of an olive tree. Guests are welcome to wander around the olive groves, or take a drink up to ‘La Percha’, seating on the hillside with wonderful mountain views and stunning sunsets. There is a Pentanca court set amongst the olive trees with seating for spectators too. Ample parking on site.
Conditions of Rental
Casa de Olivos is available for guests all year round. The site can accommodate a maximum of six guests across two apartments. The two apartments share the outdoor facilities including the pool and BBQ. Children age 12 and over are welcome for exclusive bookings, otherwise the accommodation is adult only. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11am. Balance payment due on arrival. No smoking and no pets. Please note the pool is not heated and closes in November and reopens in April. Discounts may be available for longer stays.
