A visit to the Tolpuddle Martyrs Museum makes for an eye opening afternoon spent learning the full story behind the martyrs, their cause, and their legacy. Two of the area s top attractions can be found just four miles from the property: Bovington Tank Museum, and Monkey World, a fantastic ape rescue centre. One of the big draws of the area is, of course, its impressive coastline, which lies ten miles south of the property. Whether you want to spend lazy days at the beach, hunt for fossils, try your hand at water sports, or enjoy stunning coastal walks, all of this and more can be found on the area s beaches, which include Sandbanks, Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, and Studland Bay.
