With all the charm of a Grade II listed seaside cottage, The Old Parsonage is a beautifully refurbished period property in Gwithian village and is the perfect place for spending a relaxing holiday with friends or family on Cornwall’s stunning north coast. Just a 10 minute walk over the dunes and you'll find yourself on the most wonderful beach where days can be spent paddling in the surf or sunbathing on swathes of white sand. Set on the edge of a 15 acre nature reserve, the cottage is also wonderfully positioned for outdoor adventure so when you're not down on the beach you'll be able to take in the local flora and fauna on nature walks and cycling excursions.
General Info
Utterly charming from the outset, the cottage’s interior is a fantastic mix of old and new with flagstone floors, whitewashed stone walls, and mullioned windows sitting alongside stylish furnishings and modern amenities. A wood burning stove in the living room as well as large cast iron radiators throughout the property, keep the cottage warm and toasty during the chillier months, while a modern kitchen and a stunning contemporary bathroom add an air of luxury to the home.
A bright conservatory / breakfast room leads out to an established garden complete with built-in charcoal BBQ, where guests can relax in the sunshine or enjoy alfresco dining.

Conservatory / Sun Room
This lovely modern addition to the cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or a good book with views over the garden. It includes two wicker armchairs and has access to the outside through French doors

Located on the ground floor the small but perfectly formed kitchen is separate from the lounge and features a Belfast sink as well as range of appliances including a fridge / freezer, electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A selection of pots, pans, utensils and crockery are also provided
(The washer / dryer is housed under the stairs)

Located in the conservatory, the dining room has a table and four chairs with views out to the garden
