On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen is bright and inviting, and together with the dining room creates the perfect space for discussing the day’s plans or for whipping up a delicious home cooked meal. Flowing from this area, the lounge with its sofas and tv is the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book or for taking in a movie together. Dine alfresco on warm days in the enclosed garden complete with rattan suite or enjoy the sunset from the master bedroom’s balcony before heading out for an evening of entertainment and fun. Two sofas provide seating for six and the room is also furnished with a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, music system and Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio and assorted games and books

Also on the ground floor and open plan with the living / dining area, the contemporary kitchen features a single electric, fan-assisted oven with integrated grill and induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

The dining area is open plan and is furnished with a circular glass table and six upholstered dining chairs
Master Bedroom
Upstairs on the second floor, this gorgeous en-suite bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with glass balustrade.
