It is open plan in design with the kitchen and dining area and has two three seater sofas and two armchairs as well as occasional furniture pieces. The room has a Smart flat screen television that sits on the TV cabinet housing a DVD player as well as a Bluetooth speaker
Games Room
Situated on the ground level, the integral garage offers storage for surf boards and wet suits with hose for cleaning off after the beach. Games including table tennis are provided along with a drinks cooler
Dining Room/Area
Situated on the third floor and open plan with the kitchen and living room, the dining room has a chunky hard wood table with seating for eight. There is access via stairs from here to the Master Suite and Bedroom Two downstairs.
