The beautiful 'white village' of Vejer de la Frontera is just 5 minutes by car. Some of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz are just 10 minutes away by car - the long golden beaches of El Pamar & Canos de Meca up to Conil are particularly good for families in the summer and surfers in the winter. We work closely with Montenmedio Golf & Country, less than 1km away and within a short drive there are several other excellent courses. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of activities such as horseriding, 4WD & quad-biking. There is a wealth of choice for nature lovers too - from whale & dolphin watching to safaris exploring the wonderful National Parks. Your days can be as active or as laid-back as you wish - sherry-tasting, a day-trip to Seville, Cadiz or even Morocco are some of your options.

Interior Details
Almendra Casita charming Casita perfect for a private villa holiday in Spain for one or two, re-built in traditional style with modern fittings and comfortable furnishings. A one bed Casita, it has been designed open-plan for more space and light, with a fully-fitted kitchen & dining area, large sofa with woodburning stove, WiFi, TV & DVD, as well as a double bed with full en-suite bathroom. Fully insulated, with thick stone walls, high wooden ceilings, electric heaters & towels rails, it stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
Exterior Details
Two sets of wooden French doors lead outside onto a private raised stone patio with shaded pergola and wonderful views West to Vejer. A table & chairs, pair of hardwood sunbeds, large Brazilian cotton hammock & traditional barbeque for al-fresco dining, complete the picture. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spacious grounds - stroll down Citrus Walk or through the herb gardens, with plenty of secret corners to escape. A new swimming pool with a large patio, shaded pergola & cabana (with honesty bar) for the Casitas is set into the gardens in the top half of the estate.

A shared Casitas swimming pool with a large patio, shaded pergola & cabana is set into the gardens in the top half of the estate, while there are two play areas for children up to 12 years. Our prices include complimentary children items, free Wifi, freeview satellite tv, all utilities, a shared Casitas laundry room (the Cortijo has its own washing machine), daily caretaker who will also clean the pools and the final property clean on departure - while the price for a two week booking also includes a light general clean on the middle Saturday morning, with a full change of cotton bedlinen and bathroom towels. Additional housekeeping, catering, shopping service, personal chef, cookery lessons, childminding and bike hire are all available on request.
Conditions of Rental
Rates for this villa in Andalucia do not include IVA (currently 10%). Once Booking Form is completed, a 35% deposit is required for confirmation - with the balance of 65% is due 3 months before arrival in High & Peak, 2 months in Mid, Regular and Low Seasons. Payment can be made by bank transfer in euros or sterling, or by credit or debit card. There is also a refundable security deposit required. We have a 7 night minimum (14 from early July to late August apart from Almendra) with a Saturday changeover between April to October, with flexible changeovers and Short Breaks available between November to March and last-minute bookings. Arrival time is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Please note that we cannot accept pets (apart from working dogs) and the properties are non-smoking - there are also friendly cats on the finca.
