Terms and conditions for the Valentine’s Day competition 2021

• Enter the competition by posting a picture in the comments of the Facebook post or on Instagram, tagging us in the post or including #oneoffplaces in the post.
• Only one entry per person.
• The competition closes at 14.00pm on Monday 15th February 2021
• The winner will receive a copy of the National Geographic Book, ‘The World’s Most Romantic Destinations’. 
• Competition open to UK residents only
• No responsibility is taken for any entries which are delayed, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.  
• One winner will be chosen at random by One Off Places Ltd from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition and will be given details of how to claim their prize.  If a winner doesn’t respond to One Off Places Ltd within 7 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• One Off Places Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• The winner’s entry will be required for promotional activity. It will be posted to One Off Places social channels when the winner is announced.
• One Off Places Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
• One Off Places Ltd reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this competition due to reasons outside its control.  One Off Places Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
