This popular seaside resort boasts two beautiful beaches and stunning countryside to explore. The town offers a range of shops, eateries and the acclaimed Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery. Visit one of the many events, enjoy an evening at the theatre in Venue Cymru, take a stroll along the beach and on the longest pier in Wales offering a range of boat trips. Climb the Orme, or take the cable car to the summit or enjoy an open bus tour and see the town from a different perspective. Activities on offer include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, cycling and walking. Nearby attractions include Caernarfon Castle, National Trust s Plas Neuadd House and Gardens and Swallow Falls to name a few. This really is an all year round destination. This Victorian townhouse, beautifully refurbished in 2017, is full of period charm, original features and is a treat to holiday in. Enter the property through the conservatory flooded with natural light, perfect to embrace the view, or read the newspaper. Relax in the lounge with high ceilings, period coving, wood burner, comfy sofas and window seats in the bay, plan your holiday adventures, read a book or watch the Smart TV. If you decide to eat in the well equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal with the AGA electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser, alongside all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. The table is perfectly positioned to enjoy a coffee whilst checking the recipe in the cookery book or on the TV. There s lots of room in the utility area with washing machine, dishwasher and access to the rear paved garden with washing line perfect for your wetsuits after a day in the sea. The dining room has the perfect ambience for everyone to come together and enjoy a delicious meal with wood burner effect electric fire, feature fireplace and contemporary artworks. Wander back through into the hall and meander up the stairs to the first floor with master bedroom with king size bed, sea views and stylish en suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, bidet and WC. There s another luxurious bedroom with king size bed with en suite and views towards Deganwy estuary. Carry on up to the second floor to another king size with fabulous aspect views of each beach and two lovely twin bedrooms, each with their own style, featuring sea and estuary views. The relaxing bathroom. This property is a real pleasure to experience. Heading outside, the garden has been creatively designed with established borders, specimen tropical plants, a wildlife pond and decedent wide steps leading you to the top terrace with the hot tub, and fabulous views over the town and towards the sea and mountains. Enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace with table and chairs, not forgetting the patio at the back of the property with table, chairs and space for your canoe or bikes. There is private parking for three cars, two in the car port and one at the front of the property. Please note: babes in arms and children over 8 years welcome.
