Three luxurious bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms have Smart TVs which are wall mounted with remote controls, and there’s superfast WIFI throughout the home. Outdoors there’s an elegant, level garden that’s been designed by RHS Hampton Court Gold medal winning designers and is perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues. This home also has a uniquely designed Bifold fence that can be opened up if guests are from the same overall party. There is plenty of free off-road parking and outdoor showers for dogs and surf boards.
From the level car park area, the guests have access to the estates meadows and trails for walking and enjoying the peaceful Nature Conservation area, where over 200 new trees have been planted in recent years.
*New* Dogs can be exercised off lead in the ‘Doggie Play Paddock’, a two acre cut grass paddock which is stock proof and fenced to 5 feet high and has boarded gates. Dog agility equipment is also provided for lots of fun!
