Just a short drive from the villages of Looe and Polperro, woodland walks can be followed by fish and chips on the quay in about 10 minutes, so this property really is the perfect combination of coast and countryside, while a host of wonderful on-site facilities cater for both two and four-legged guests.
Beautifully renovated, inside the cottage is light-filled and contemporary with an airy open plan layout for the living / dining / cooking spaces. High ceilings add a sense of spaciousness, and you’ll find an inviting lounge with leather sofas and a large flat screen TV for entertainment as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen for rustling up family feasts in.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms (a master king and a twin) as well as a family bathroom whirlpool bath and separate shower. To the front of the cottage is a south facing private courtyard garden with table and chairs, a gorgeous spot for reading in the sunshine or for enjoying outdoor dining together.
