Interior Details

This spectacular house can sleep up to 22 people. The ground floor is a single open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room designed so everyone can be in the same room when they want to be. There is a Chalon kitchen with a large island, a walk in larder fridge, and an adjacent second kitchen. There is a formal dining table to seat 22 and French doors from the dining area open out onto the terrace. There is a cinema room with a 65 inch TV & Netflix (seating 10), a study for anyone who needs to catch up on work, and enough rooms that people can find quiet spaces when they want them. There are 9 bedrooms across 3 floors. All the bedrooms overlook garden, woodland or fields. Bedrooms 1 & 4 have a double and 2 singles. Bedroom 2 & 5 are twin rooms. Bedrooms 3,6,7 & 8 are doubles. Bedroom 9 is a study with 2 z-beds (on request). On the ground floor there is an 11m indoor heated swimming pool which is available for guests 24 hours a day, with sun loungers on the terrace immediately outside.

Exterior Details

Outside you’ll find 7 acres of grounds to explore - mature woodland, open fields, lawns, and a south facing terrace with a fire pit, wood-fired pizza oven and charcoal BBQ. There are 20 private parking spaces. The grounds sit on the border of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSE) and you’ll be able to enjoy the wonderful birdlife that this affords.
