Located down a long country lane with no immediate neighbours, it’s a superb place for family holidays, well behaved stag and hen parties, and house parties.

The owners are happy to help you prepare for your weekend by doing advance shopping, providing a private chef and in house catering. They can also organise a wide range of activities for your group, including jet ski and paddleboard hire, rib rides and boat charters.

Fortis House is just a 10 minute drive from Bournemouth where there are masses of activities for visitors. Seven miles of golden sandy beaches, sea swimming, and walking along the Victorian Pier. Visit shops and galleries, enjoy eating in Bournemouth’s restaurants, or visit the Bournemouth Oceanarium. Watersports are readily available, and the owners of the property can offer boat charters on a 45ft high performance motor yacht. Inland, the New Forest National Park is a short drive away.

Interior Details:

The house has five large bedrooms containing a mixture of bunk beds, single beds and double beds. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have two triple bunk beds (sleeping 6 each). Bedroom 3 is a double (sleeps 2). Bedroom 4 has a double & a single bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom 5 has 3 double bunk beds (sleeps 6). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and there are two further family bathrooms. All five bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor with a spacious landing between them. On the ground floor the rooms are spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, large and cosy lounge, and a sun lounge with a dining table that seats up to 24. There is a games room with an American Pool table and a Football table to add to the entertainment, as well as large screen TV’s with Sky TV (including Sky Cinema and Sky Sports) and super fast wifi.

Exterior Details:

The house is located down a long country lane in a private and secluded area with no immediate neighbours. The driveway has private parking for several cars. There are two acres of gardens, a large patio area, an eight person hot tub, and a private heated swimming pool.

Conditions:

Rental payment can be via Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer. Check in from 3pm, check out by midday. Towels not included so please bring.
