There’s a range of on site amenities within the Lakes by Yoo development. There’s a fabulous restaurant, recreational lakes for fishing, swimming and paddle boarding, as well as a padel court, horse riding, zip lining and a spa with pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The market town of Lechlade is just down the road, with riverside pubs, restaurants and shops. A little further in each direction are the towns of Cirencester and beautiful Burford, known as the gateway to the Cotswolds.

The house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms and can sleep up to eight people. The whole place is arranged around open and light filled living spaces for floor to ceiling glass showcasing the expansive lake views. There’s a beautifully appointed Varenna kitchen with professional-grade Gaggenau appliances and marble worktops, and a large dining area. The bathrooms are spacious, spa-style bathrooms with rainfall showers and premium toiletries. There is a private Harvia sauna, a nine seat private cinema, a full sized snooker table and themed entertainment spaces. Guests will find Smart home automation, Daikin climate control, feature fireplaces and underfloor heating to keep you comfortable all year round. Families are well catered for with cot and highchair, as well as children’s books and toys, and access to shared playgrounds and an indoor heated pool on the estate.

The house has a large and private wraparound deck with tables and chairs, BBQ and outdoor sofas to enjoy the expansive lake views when the weather is good. Private gardens lead directly to the lakeside.
