The fishery has been created by former World Champion Ian Heaps and offers variety between its 3 lakes and a mile of salmon and sea-trout river. Close to the market town of Narberth, with its multi coloured Edwardian and Georgian buildings and independent shops selling items from fine art to food, with vintage and antique shops, plus plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Attractions in the area include Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park, Canaston Woods for walking, cycling and horse riding and the Blue Lagoon Water Park.

This lovingly restored property has been designed with great care and style making the most of the surrounding views. Step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area through the patio doors, with stone flooring, comfortable sofas and TV/DVD. This is the ideal space to relax together after a day exploring the sights of Pembrokeshire, or simply sit back and enjoy a cup of tea. Heading upstairs, you will find 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has fabulous views across the lakes and gardens. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor which is flooded with natural light.

Outside, there is a shared patio area to the rear of the property with garden bench, together with shared grounds to stroll around by the beautiful fishing lakes. There is complementary fishing available, including carp, crucian and match lakes, plus river fishing. There is also a tackle shop on-site where you can purchase any equipment needed.
