The house is 180 sq. mtr. (2,000 sq. ft.) with 3 reception rooms and 3 bedrooms. Reception rooms include - Sunroom, TV room, Living / Dining room. The Dining room has seating for 10. Sunroom and dining room open out onto large wrap around patio with BBQ. Bedroom 1 has 2 double beds, Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed & Bedroom 3 has 2 single/twin beds). There are 1.5 bathrooms, both with electric showers. The 6X3 Slate Bed Pool Table has both snooker and pool balls available. TV room has satellite TV, DVD & video player and loads of videos to watch! Stereo system has connection for Ipod/MP3 players. The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons including plenty quality crockery & cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, food processor etc. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kids cot and high chair available.

The house is situated right on the shores of Lough Corrib with its own pier and Row Boat which is available to all guests. Life jackets are also available for all ages. The house has a large enclosed garden (over 1/2 acre) and plenty of space to play. There are seven bicycles to choose from for all ages. Many activities for kids include fishing, exploring lakeshore, go-kart, water guns, board games, badminton racquets, toys and dolls pram. Ballycurrin Bay, where the house is situated, is a renowned trout fishing spot. It is perfectly safe to swim in the lake beside the house. If you are interested in weather watching there is also a sophisticated weather station installed monitoring rainfall, wind, barometric pressure and temperature!

Wheelchair use - although not fully converted for wheelchair use, as a bungalow,the house may be suitable for some wheelchair use. Ramps to access house are available and there is a "wet room" for showers.
