Guests have the use of a shared pool, there is a sandy beach just a few steps away, and the house is just a five minute walk from the facilities of a five star spa & golf resort. General Info

The villa is set in tranquil surroundings in the prestigious Reserva de Los Monteros area and has excellent views of the Rio Real Golf course and the beach. San Nicolas is the largest in a row of five houses, and sits at the end of the row, boasting a spacious private garden and entrance. Guests also have access to a shared pool. You can access the beach along a wooden boardwalk just steps from the house. The entrance to the beach is home to a charming ‘chiringuito’ (beach bar) and the beach is lined with beds & umbrellas. The boardwalk runs all the way into Marbella town and there are several restaurants, a beach club and a hotel resort within a five minute walk of the house.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The nearest town of Marbella is 4km away and is a must visit, with its charming old town and huge range of shops and restaurants. The luxury marina and designer shopping complex of Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive - excellent for a visit to admire the superyachts and enjoy some people watching from the waterfront restaurants and bars. Day trips to Ronda, Malaga, Granada and Sevilla are all easy to do from the house. Ronda is an ancient mountaintop town set above a deep gorge. Granada is in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is best known for the moorish Alhambra palace. Malaga is the port city on the Costa del Sol and is home to the Picasso Museum. Sevilla is the capital of the Andalucia region and is famous for its ornate Alcazar castle and gothic cathedral.

Interior Details
The villa has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. Three of the bedrooms are on the lower floor (one double en suite, one single, and one room with two double beds). These rooms all have lovely garden views. The fourth bedroom is also a double room. There is a well equipped kitchen diner with doors out to the terrace. It’s well stocked with appliances, crockery and utensils.

Exterior Details
Outside there’s a terrace with table and chairs, and a lush garden with a wide variety of plants and flowers, including a pomegranate tree and an avocado tree. Guests of Villa San Nicolas also have access to the nearby communal swimming pool.
