The Bull Pen is a captivating barn conversion resting in Coombe near to Grampound in Cornwall.All-ground-floor. One king size bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Welome pack includes flowers, Prosecco, cake or biscuits. 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome and dog treats are provided. Enclosed large lawned south facing garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Please note the hot tub is wood fired and can take 3 hours to heat up once you have arrived. There are two wooden steps from the hot tub to the decking then four wooden steps from decking to the garden. Off road parking available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent plus woodburner logs and wood for hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles
