Interior Details
The hall has 13 bedrooms and can sleep up to 26 guests.  The Garden House and the Cottage each have two bedrooms.  Each of the rooms is individually styled (with the room names reflecting the house’s history) and have garden or Cleveland Hill views, and with free standing baths or ensuite showers.  The ground floor of the hall has lots of communal spaces.  There’s a large and informal high ceilinged lounge with smart TV.  The large country kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need for a large group including an Aga and American style fridge freezer.  The 70sqm drawing room has huge south facing windows overlooking the grounds and is ideal for use as a dining room or event space.  And there is also a large library with wood pannelling and large south facing windows.

The Garden House is a spacious two bedroom & two bathroom cottage, once a butler’s pantry and an annexe to the hall.  It’s all on one level and has its own small garden.  The Cottage is set over two floors and the bedrooms are accessed by stairs from the living room.  The cottages have well equipped kitchens, living rooms and are perfect for couples or a small family.
The hall is family friendly with books, board games, some toys for smaller children, and high chairs and cots on request.  Four of the bedrooms can be used as two family suites.

Exterior Details
Guests are welcome to enjoy the 10 acres of grounds.  The River Leven is to the south.  There is plenty of outdoor furniture and BBQs for outdoor eating.  Lots of private parking on site.
