Exbury gardens is only a 15-minute drive from the property and The Bucklers Hard Story and Maritime Museum are all close by, or jump on the Isle of Wight ferry at Lymington for a fantastic day out. The property is just under 17 miles from RSPB Franchises Lodge. Spanning nearly 1,000 acres, this wonderful woodland is an important habitat for an impressive variety of birds.
