Every inch the sophisticated pad, Leader resides on the first floor of the historic Maritime Inn, now re-imagined into 5 exceptional boutique suites, and boasts some of the most spectacular waterside views in Brixham. Designed to make the most of its fantastic position, this suite boasts a large picture window in both the bedroom and the bathroom, with upholstered bench seating beneath to afford guests a unique vantage point from which to enjoy the ever-changing moods of the marina and harbour. Furnished and fitted to the highest of standards, the suite features a luxury king size bed and bistro table with seating, as well as a sublimely spacious bathroom with walk in shower and roll-top bath, creating a sumptuous base from which to explore the town and surrounding coast.

The Bedroom
A spacious suite inspired by Brixham’s nautical heritage features a sumptuous king size bed with integrated luggage storage, perfect for lazy mornings admiring the view from the pretty sash window. Furnishings also include bedside cabinets, wall lamps, wardrobe, wall-mounted Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. A glass table and two chairs are positioned next to the window seat, with a Bosh Tassimo coffee machine and Costa pods, hot water machine and small under counter fridge.
The Views
You’ll be treated to picture perfect views overlooking Brixham harbour from the comfy window seat in the bedroom and the comfort of your tempting roll-top bath.
Bathrooms
Beautifully designed with a contemporary feel featuring tiled flooring, twin basins, a pair of electric lit mirrors, large walk-in shower cubicle, shaver point and WC. The bathroom also features a free-standing, roll-top bath where you can sink into bubbles and admire the view over the harbour.
Shared Facilities
You will find a shared utility room on the first floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property.
The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis.

Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.
