General Info
Stepping inside; the door to this beautiful suite closes on the hustle and bustle of the outside world and invites guests to immerse themselves into the glamorous atmosphere of what is their very own secret hideout; where quality adorns every inch of its sumptuous floorspace, and large sash windows frame incredible waterside views over Brixham’s harbour and marina. A deeply comfortable king size bed tempts lazy morning lie ins with amazing sea views forming the perfect backdrop to that first morning coffee; and the huge contemporary bathroom complete with high end fittings and features includes a large shower and a roll top bath; perfect for a relaxing soak any time of the day.
Accommodation Details
The main entrance to the Maritime suites building is accessed via 13 wide steps. Golden Vanity is located on the first floor of the building accessed via steps to the rear.
Sleeping & Relaxing
The Bedroom
Large and luxurious the bedroom with its coast-inspired hues and nautical wallpaper, features a king size bed with integrated luggage storage and incredible harbour views from its sash window. Wall lights create a warm ambience in the evenings, and additional furnishings include bedside cabinets, a wall-mounted Smart TV, chest of drawers, a free-standing wardrobe and a bistro table with two chairs. A Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with Costa pods is provided as well as a small under counter fridge and bluetooth speaker.
The Views
Two window seats, one to the front of the room and one on the right, make the perfect perch from which to take in the wonderful views out towards the marina, breakwater and beyond.
Bathrooms
Upon entering the suite there are two steps down which lead into the bathroom. Spacious and contemporary the bathroom features tiled flooring, a fabulous roll top bath, a large shower cubicle, his and hers hand basins, a pair of electric/lit mirrors with shaver point and WC.
Shared Facilities
You will find a shared utility room on the first floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property.
The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis.
Parking Options
Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.
