The coastline can be explored on foot or by bicycle via the Viking coastal path. The house is just a few steps from Margate Beach and the Dreamland Theme Park where there is endless entertainment for young and old alike, while the bohemian shops, cafes and local art galleries of Margate Old Town and bars are on the doorstep. Within 30 miles there are several castles, stately homes and gardens, as well as Canterbury Cathedral to explore. The property has good links to London and is ideally located 0.5 mile from the train station.

On the ground floor, an entrance area welcomes you into this property and leads through to a traditional Victorian hallway before heading through into the light and bright kitchen/diner. This sociable area is a great space for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen that offers an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
