Up a flight of stone steps, guests find themselves in the open-plan living space of the property with cosy wood burner. Deep windows shed light on the exposed stonework, vintage furniture and wood beams, giving the property brightness and character. This combined with the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar made from an old shop counter, long sofa makes this loft the perfect place to return after a day's exploring or for those who just want to nestle in for a truly relaxing stay. There is a stunning private balcony off the kitchen which is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the unbroken far reaching views of the Peak District. The bedroom is accessed via a single step from the living space. The high ceiling and whitewashed stone wall make this a light and airy bedroom, with a super-king-size bed which can be split into two single beds if requested at the time of booking. An en-suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin and WC with a view perfectly completes this holiday hideaway.

Guests can enjoy the outside on their private balcony with seating, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views. The owners have a variety of animals including free range poultry. Their dog, a lovable bearded collie called Weaver, is usually around and about. Weaver is keen to greet and play with other canine visitors.
