This property is situated in an elevated position less than a mile from Blackwaterfoot, a charming village that offers a variety of activities and attractions. Enjoy a round of golf at Shiskine Golf Club, a scenic 12-hole course, renowned for its stunning coastal views and unique layout. Explore the numerous walking trails around Blackwaterfoot; The Kings Cave walk is particularly popular, leading to historic caves associated with Robert the Bruce. Another great walk is the coastal path from Blackwaterfoot to the nearby Drumadoon Point, offering spectacular views and a chance to see wildlife. Cairnhouse Riding Centre offers horse riding for all levels, allowing you to explore the beautiful landscapes on horseback. Relax on the sandy Blackwaterfoot Beach or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. It’s a perfect spot for picnics, beachcombing, and enjoying the sunset. Machrie Moor Standing Stones (4 miles) is an ancient site that features several stone circles and standing stones, offering a glimpse into the island's prehistoric past.


The bungalow entrance leads into the kitchen, where you can prepare a family dinner, with all you will need to rustle up a bite to eat with local produce purchased on your travels. When ready, set the dining table and enjoy a home-cooked meal whilst planning your holiday activities. The delightful and welcoming lounge features a comfortable sofa where you can unwind and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Enjoy the views from the sunroom whilst playing a board game. From the main hallway, you can access the front garden and all four light and bright bedrooms. There is one king-size, two doubles and one twin, sharing the use of a family bathroom and a family shower room.


The garden is mainly laid to lawn and is a perfect area to enjoy a sundowner and soak up the views. There is a lockable shed where you can store wet suits and bikes.
