The Holburne Museum is just around the corner, with Sydney Gardens, The Rec and Henrietta Park all within a quarter of a mile. Local landmarks include Laura Place Fountain, the Grandest Tree and the Queen Victoria Penfold Post Box. This part of the city also has a wealth of great pubs and restaurants. Crossing Pulteney Bridge, the western part of Bath is half a mile away and is home to the major shopping arcades and thoroughfares, alongside historic sites such as Bath Abbey, the Assembly Rooms, the Pump Room and the Roman Baths. Bath is also home to the Theatre Royal, the Victoria Art Gallery and the Jane Austen Centre.
