Tastefully styled and comfortably furnished, Chestnut Lodge is a fantastic base from which to explore the surrounding coast and countryside, and being just 10 minutes’ drive from Exeter means guests can explore the city, shop and eat out at some of the area’s most popular restaurants. If you’re after something a little more laid back, your lodge comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen and dining space so you’ll be able to whip up a few fabulous meals of your own to be enjoyed in complete comfort. Luxury lodge getaways are all about relaxation and at Chestnut Lodge you’ll have plenty of that. There’s a private hot tub for you to soak the hours away, a decked terrace for al fresco dining, and a large living room with Smart TV – terrific for keeping everyone entertained no matter the time of year.

On site you’ll find The Little Farm where mischievous pygmy goats and chickens can’t wait to meet you and your children. ‘Greens’ is the on site place for refreshments. Fancy some drinks and a snack after a round of golf or just pop in for a coffee and cake? This laid-back spot overlooking the golf course and countryside where you can enjoy the view over the course. Alternatively there are a number of local pubs and restaurants serving freshly cooked meals.
