10 Cannery Row is a three-storey boutique townhouse set right on the water’s edge of Hayle Estuary, just a 10-minute walk from the magnificent Hayle Towans Beach.

From the front door, the promenade leads straight to the beach within just a few minutes, while the sweeping sands from Hayle Towans to Gwithian and Godrevy are easily reached on foot.

There are also many outstanding restaurants and cafes nearby, including Salt Kitchen Bar, Cove Café (situated right on the beach), Birdie’s Bistro, and The Old Forge (both in neighbouring Lelant).

Carbis Bay is a 10-minute drive away, and St Ives is about 15 minutes away. On the opposite coast in Mounts Bay, you’ll find St Michael's Mount in Marazion (also around a 15-minute drive), Penzance, and Mousehole (both less than 30 minutes by car).
