There’s a well-designed kitchen for home cooking and two bathrooms including an ensuite shower room, and a contemporary family bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, which is ideal for families with babies and younger children.
The famous Fistral Beach is just a short stroll from the doorstep where you can surf or sunbathe to your heart’s content. Or enjoy a scenic stroll along the South West Coast Path and enjoy the stunning sea views. Also nearby, the Gannel Estuary is an excellent place to be close to nature and if you’re partial to a picnic, this is the spot for it.
*A parking permit which is provided for guests, must please be displayed in vehicles at all times when using the space

Lovely balcony which is accessed through doors from the living room. The er are terrific views over the golf course and towards Fistral Beach and the headland. Furnished with a bistro table and chairs
Parking
One allocated space available to the front of the Bredon Court building. A 'round' permit which is provided for guests, must be displayed in your vehicle at all times when using the space
A second rectangular, larger permit is available for guests. They can park outside the gate where there are half a dozen additional bays. Note: restrictions on duration for guest parking
The long stay car park at Belmont long stay car park is roughly 5 minutes walk from Bredon Court
