The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The house lies down a country lane on the outskirts of the village of Crowfield, not far from popular coastal destinations like Southwold, Thorpeness, Dunwich Heath, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Orford. The countryside around here is stunning and the house is surrounded by pretty lanes which you can either explore on foot or on the bikes provided. Some of the best walks start from our door! Alternatively you could go to one of the beaches on this famous heritage coast, or visit pubs, restaurants, deli's, coffee shops and country stores in the nearby villages and towns. Accommodation Details

Interior Details
The house has 4 bedrooms – 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single ‘landing’ room – and sleeps up to 7 people in total. Downstairs there is a large farmhouse kitchen with a range and a big table, and next to this there is a larder and a shower room. The hall leads through to the spacious sitting room with its inglenook fire place and this carries on round into the large formal dining room. The house also has 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are hundreds of books, CDs and DVDs for you to borrow and enjoy.

Exterior Details
The house has a fenced sunny kitchen garden, and at the front there is a pretty BBQ area and plenty of space in which to lie around, as well as a wooded area for children to explore.

Further Details
The house is dog friendly and we can usually accommodate up to three dogs. We will leave a delicious complimentary local breakfast basket for your arrival, consisting of eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, bread, butter, fruit etc. Please note that the main staircase is narrow and steep, and that the 7th bed space single bedroom is actually a screened off bed in a walk-through landing area between the double bedroom and the family bathroom.

Conditions of Rental
A deposit of £100 is required. Minimum length of stay is 2 nights depending on your changeover day – and these are flexible. We charge £15 per dog.
