This traditional 15 acre estate has been carefully restored by an internationally renowned designer, alongside a team of local architects and craftsmen, and it now plays host to four deluxe loft-style apartments. The accommodation is chic and top quality down to the last detail and around the grounds you will find everything you could need for a peaceful and restorative stay, from an infinity pool to a spa and sauna. You’d be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and elegant base from which to explore the rolling Le Marche countryside.
Le Marche is one of Italy’s most beautiful and least spoiled regions, offering mountain scenery, warm weather, uncrowded beaches and traditional hospitality. There are picturesque villages full of well-preserved churches, abbeys and monasteries, wineries to explore and walks aplenty in the foothills of the Appennines. Arcevia is just 35km inland from the coastal resort of Senigallia and the town is not only scenic but it also provides a good selection of banks, bars, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, newsagents, pharmacies and restaurants. Each apartment is 88m2 and is a furnished with a seamless blend of traditional and modern features. They all have large open plan kitchen/living areas, wood burning stoves, dining tables, comfy sofas and bathrooms with wet-room showers. They also all have double ended baths, some of which are free standing and decadently located in the bedrooms. Satellite TV and DVD/CD players are provided, as are fully fitted kitchens, ceiling fans, internet access and soft linen/towels. Within the spa building there is an open fire, a bar, a library, a hammam and a sauna.
All the apartments have a private terrace with dining and lounging facilities - two of these are approached by landscaped lavender gardens and two by private staircases. Around the landscaped gardens you will find a stunning black infinity pool, sun loungers and BBQs, not to mention the spa.

Conditions of Rental
Price includes VAT, gas, water, electricity, heating, bed linen (changed weekly), towels (changed twice a week), firewood, barbeques, mountain bikes, free bar, Nespresso coffee, a DVD and book library, fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, use of swimming pool/sauna/hammam and the end of tenancy cleaning. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 200 euro breakages deposit is to be paid on arrival in cash, and will be returned before your departure. Dogs welcome (50 euros per week).
