With its Grade I listing, historic architecture and distinctive hexagonal shape, Golden Hill Fort is as unique as it is magnificent, and The Well House is one of its most luxurious and contemporary restorations.
Situated within 50 acres of Golden Hill Country Park, this Victorian fort was built in 1863 and has now been converted into 18 spectacular houses. The developers have preserved lots of the original features that gave the fort such character and significance but they have also added all the modern conveniences, from LED mood lighting and under floor heating to stunning rooftop gardens from where guests can enjoy fantastic panoramic views across the Solent, the English Channel and the countryside. Whether you’re here for celebration, motivation or relaxation, The Well House at Golden Hill Fort is a truly memorable holiday property.
