The Harbour is home to a collection of lovely shops and restaurants. The ‘arty’ seaside village of Alnmouth is just 3 miles north, with famous Alnwick, with its world-class Alnwick Garden and Treehouse, perfectly preserved castle, which was ‘Hogwart’s School’ in the Harry Potter films, just 7 miles north.
