The house sits in a peaceful rural location but the picturesque town of Sherborne, home to a number of pubs and restaurants, is not far away. Those in search of activity should head to the paths of the Jurassic Coast and the slopes of Glastonbury Tor, history buffs will enjoy the historic houses of Montacute, Barrington Court and Forde Abbey, and sights like Stonehenge and the Roman spa in Bath are not far away. Or you could take the children to Longleat safari park or the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum.

The house has two bedrooms - one en-suite double and one room with a double bed and a single - as well as a living room with a wood burner and a large flat screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and an Aga.
Sliding doors from the living room lead to a patio with seating and the enclosed garden provides lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
Bed linen, towels, WiFi, electricity and central heating and the first basket of logs are included. One well behaved small dog is welcome in public areas of property only (the charge is £25 per week). No smoking. Changeover day is Friday.
