Superbly situated, the apartment lies tucked away in a quiet and tranquil location, yet is within a two minute stroll of Abersoch village with its pretty harbour, array of shops and restaurants. Having a Southeast-facing aspect, each apartment enjoys panoramic sea views across the sandy dunes, Abersoch moorings, St Tudwal’s Island and Cardigan Bay, stretching as far as Cader Idris and Criccieth and Harlech Castles. Enjoy the superb, shared grounds or wander down the private walk, which leads through the dunes directly to the beach. The pretty harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and wonderful walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and various sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. The many shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Watersport enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with its high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer (Whistling Sands). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

The accommodation is in a pretty first floor apartment, accessed via an external wooden staircase. It’s a part of a Grade II listed house, and is surrounded by spacious sub-tropical gardens. There are three bedrooms (a double and two twins), a family bathroom, a small kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with a dining area. There’s an open fire in the living area. There are wonderful far reaching views from the living room which stretch over the grounds out to the sea and sand dunes of Abersoch Beach, and framed by Snowdonia’s mountains in the distance. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi.
There are three acres of subtropical Italianate gardens with terraces of exotic palm trees, eucalyptus, mimosa and rose gardens. Within the gardens there’s a hard tennis court, a croquet lawn and badminton net. Barbecue equipment is also available for alfresco feasts, either on the sun patio, or the village side gardens. The grounds are a delight to wander through, with many secluded terraces and seating areas where you can hide yourself away and get lost in a book or simply sit back and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.
