This three bedroom modern apartment chalet was built in 2010 and is in the perfect spot with ski lifts and ski hire on your doorstep, bars, restaurants and shops just a short walk away and wonderful mountain views all around.  Finish your day in front of the fabulous suspended wood burning fire with a glass of champagne in your hand!

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

With the mountains on your doorstep, there’s no limit to the amount of activities on offer for all ages and interests.  There are ski lifts just 50 metres from the door, and a ski and mountain bike shop 100 metres away. Aside from all the winter sports on offer, come in spring and summer for some wonderful walking and mountain biking, or just enjoy the extensive spa and mountain views for a few days.  Also available in the vicinity is golf, ice skating, paragliding, and a variety of other activities

Getting There:
You can get a train from Geneva to Sion (approx 2 hours) and then a 20 minute taxi journey will bring you to the apartment.  Or a bus which runs every hour and takes 30-45 minutes - and stops at the ski lift virtually outside the apartment.

Accommodation Details

Interior Details
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a private terrace, and three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.  The master bedroom has an extra large double bed and en suite with shower and a jacuzzi bath with hydrotherapy jets, and a floor with smooth river pebbles.  Bedroom two has a large double bed and en suite with shower with steam sauna option.  Bedroom three has two single beds.  It also has a TV and DVD player. The third bathroom has a shower.  The bathrooms are all super luxurious with travertine walls and floors and underfloor heating. All the showers are large (1m x 1m) with Hans Grohe rain shower heads. All the beds have been shipped from the UK and have finest mattresses, pillows and linen.   Two blow up beds (ideally suitable for children but they are full size) and a cot are available - total capacity of the apartment is eight.  The living room is very cosy, with a large wood burning fire and stunning mountain views.  There’s satellite TV, CD/DVD player, music library, books and games.

Exterior Details
The apartment has a terrace with table and chairs and simply fabulous views of the mountains.  The perfect place to sit and admire the views, or have a glass of wine and a BBQ.  There is off street parking and a private garage for two cars.  

Conditions of Rental
Prices vary from £695 - £1995 - please enquire for details.  There is an additional charge for cleaning, linen and tourist tax - usually approximately £300 for 6 people for one week.  33% deposit payable on booking, 33% payable 6 months before you stay and the balance payable 8 weeks before your stay.
