One-Off Feature

Spacious contemporary interiors, up to date technology throughout, a private hot tub and breathtaking sea views from every window – you’ll find all this and more at this coastal retreat. Seascape is a house with the wow factor.

General Info

The house has been beautifully fitted out, with chic bedrooms, a fantastically well-equipped kitchen, stylish living and dining spaces and a private garden which looks out over the sea. The village of Birchington is a charming resort, complete with several gorgeous beaches, and all around you the Kentish coastline and countryside is waiting to be explored. Stay at home and lounge in the hot tub with a glass of wine or get out and discover historical landmarks, bustling harbours, coastal walks, ice cream parlours, art galleries and festivals of food, music and literature.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The nearest large beach is Minnis Bay, where you can sail, windsurf, paddle and stroll, and around the village you will also find three smaller beaches characterised by cliff stacks and caves. Nearby you will find Quex Park, a 19th century manor house with a museum full of stuffed exotic animals, and further afield there are plenty of other historic landmarks to see – the Royal Harbour at Ramsgate, the Shell Grotto in Margate and the many Charles Dickens connections in Broadstairs, to name but a few. If you’re feeling energetic you can cycle, walk, fish, golf and enjoy an array of water sports and if you’re more into culture then you will love the fine architecture and waterfront bars of Ramsgate, the oyster festival in Whitstable and Margate’s Turner gallery and collection of vintage shops. Whatever the season there’s a huge amount to do on Kent’s beautiful coast.
