This charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Andalucian countryside is set in a former millhouse surrounded by olive groves and is just a 10 minute drive from the farmhouse town of Ronda. One of the highlights of your stay is bound to be the exquisite food. Trained chefs on site produce delicious continental breakfasts, traditional Andalucian cooking such as tapas and paellas, as well as fine dining in the evenings using the best quality local ingredients. Enjoy candlelight dinners amidst the citrus trees served in the warm night air, produced by chefs who have honed their skills in Michelin starred kitchens. All the food can be accompanied by award winning wines from our local bodegas. Lots of our food is produced in the grounds - almonds, walnuts, pistachios figs, lemons, limes, oranges, quince, plus, olive oil and a wide variety of seasonal vegetables.
The hotel feels wonderfully remote but it is just a short drive from the vibrant town of Ronda, the largest of the white villages. The hotel is set in the beautiful rolling countryside of Andalusia’s Serrania de Ronda Mountains and is surrounded by national parks and the famous white villages. Sevilla, Córdoba, Malaga, Jerez and Granada are right on your doorstep. Historic Ronda with its restaurants is close by and it’s just a 45 minute drive to Los Arcos Golf Course, 60 minutes to the beach and 90 minutes to Malaga and the Airport. Interior Details
There are six different types of room available, all of which have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. The standard double room is north west facing and have quiet views over the olive grove. The superior double room faces the olive grove and has a separate living area with open fire. There is a junior suite with sitting area, open fire, and large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The classic suites have views over the gardens and the deluxe suites have both a shower and copper bathtub, and long ranging garden and valley views. There is a duplex suite to sleep up to four people in two bedrooms. The tower bedrooms is accessed via a spiral staircase and this suite has spectacular views over the Sierra de las Nieves. Extra beds are available for children. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Exterior Details
All rooms have their own private terrace (the duplex suite has two terraces). The centrepiece of the lovingly-tended gardens is the pool with sweeping views over the hills and valleys featuring cypresses, walnuts trees, chestnuts, olives and palm-trees. Parking on site.
