The area surrounding the villa is wonderfully peaceful, but the town of Tolentino (home to bars, restaurants, shops, an archaeological museum and the historic San Nicola basilica church) is less than a 10 minute drive away. Hikers, horse riders and nature lovers will be in heaven, with the Monti Sibillini Natural Park practically on your doorstep, and sites like the Urbs Salvia Archaeological Park and the Grotte di Frassasi are well worth a visit. Or you could head for the coast just 45 minutes away and enjoy a day of sand, swimming and gelato.

The nearest airport, Ancona, is 80km away or you can fly into Perugia (100km). Airport transfers can be arranged and there is parking at the house.

Interior Details
The ground floor of the villa is a split-level space with a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a WC and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom, the mezzanine-style second floor houses a double, a twin and a laundry room, and the third floor is home to the Master bedroom and another bathroom. Characterful original features abound but you will also be well catered for by the multiple mod cons.
Exterior Details
The large gardens cover 6,000sqm in total, with covered terraces on the ground floor, balconies on the upper floors, a gorgeous swimming pool, abundant ancient trees, several lawns, an outdoor shower and a good collection of sun loungers. There is even a private chapel within the grounds.
Conditions of Rental
The minimum stay is 3 nights and changeover days are flexible. Check in is between 5pm-7pm and check out is 10am. A refundable security deposit of 800 euros is required on arrival. Smoking is only permitted outside and events are by arrangement.
