The house has 5 double bedrooms, all with stunning views over sea and island. The master suite is 90m2, split into a bedroom, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace, and two of the other bedrooms also boast terraces. There is radiant floor heating in every room, the bathrooms have hydro massage showers and music systems, the dining room is an impressive 50m2 and the living room contains a 55 inch LED 3D television, satellite channels and wireless internet access. There are also TVs in all the bedrooms, and the master bathroom boasts a hydro massage bathtub with chromotherapy and aromatherapy functions. Where else could you relax in a bath with views towards the Atlantic Islands National Park? From motorised blinds to high quality electrical appliances, there is nothing the owners have not thought of.
Exterior Details
The house rests on a well-manicured plot with an area of over 10,000 square feet and the private saltwater pool is more than 500 square feet. Beside the pool are a covered dining area and a selection of stylish lawn furniture so you can watch the sun setting over the horizon as you listen to music from the inbuilt audio system. Each level of the house also has its own terrace with furniture.
