The house is located in the charming village of North Queensferry, just 9 miles from the bustling hub of Edinburgh. The capital city is full of shops and restaurants not to mention historic sites like the castle, and nearby attractions include Deep Sea World, Port Edgar water sports, Edinburgh Zoo, Falkirk Wheel, numerous golf courses, Clunny Clays and Knockhill racing track. Stirling Castle, Doune Castle, Linlithgow Palace, and Dunfermline Abbey and well worth a day trip and the Fife Coastal Path is also nearby.
There is a railway station within walking distance and Edinburgh Airport is easily accessible.
The house has five bedrooms - one en-suite super king with access to the garden, one king size with an en-suite wet room, one twin, one double and a further super king. There is also an open plan lounge/diner with a 70” TV/DVD player and an iPod dock, a second living area with a TV and a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen which leads out to the garden and a utility room.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ. There is ample off-road parking.
