Whether you’re here for a family holiday, a weekend with friends or a special occasion, Lambside House has everything you could need for a relaxing, cosy and memorable stay. The rooms have been lovingly renovated so that flagstone floors and wood burners combine with contemporary comforts, the large front lawn is perfect for games, drinks and socialising, and the south Devon coast path is literally minutes from your door. Characterful, warm, spacious and homely - what more could you want?
With the coast path just minutes from the house and beautiful Devonshire countryside all around you there are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, or you could golf and horse ride on land and sail, fish and surf on the water. The charming seaside towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are all nearby, as is the vibrant city of Plymouth, and there are castles, gardens and family attractions galore. And make sure you have time to sample some of the numerous restaurants, cafés, delis and farm shops - Devon is known for its delicious local food.
The farm is situated about 4 miles off the A379 (the main road between Plymouth and Kingsbridge) on the Holbeton to Noss Mayo/Newton Ferrers coast road. Full directions will be sent out with confirmation of your booking.

The main hall has an elegant living room on either side (these can be opened out to create one large entertaining space) and the enormous kitchen dining room has everything from a bread maker to an Aga so self-catering is a delight. The ground floor is also home to a sunny playroom and a utility room and upstairs there are five bedrooms - one en-suite king, another king, a twin, an en-suite twin that can be made into a super king and a final room with both a single bed and bunks. Up here there is also a family bathroom.
In front of the house there is a large lawn with garden furniture and a wooden wendy house, there is a small paddock which is perfect for ball games and at the back of the house there is an outside toilet, a log shed and a small herb garden. Lambstone House forms the cornerstone of a large farmyard with disused stone barns on all the other sides.
