Treehouses are always places of magic and fascination and it’s no exaggeration to say that you will never have seen ones like these. Secluded, luxurious and completely unique, these woodland hideaways, in the heart of a secluded 13 acre woodland in a hidden valley in Devon, are simply enchanting.
If you’re looking for cosy rustic interiors, sumptuous furnishings and wonderful sunrise views, all within a spectacular location, then you will find Wolf Wood Treehouses totally heavenly. The dwellings themselves are stunningly well-appointed, with light-filled rooms, reclaimed timber fittings, wood burners, outdoor baths, well-equipped kitchens and king size beds. The setting, within 13 acres of deciduous woodland in a hidden Devon valley, is nothing short of blissful. And nearby there are walks, beaches, country pubs and National Trust houses to explore. Whether you’re here for romance, relaxation or family fun, you’re sure to have an unforgettable stay.
The beautiful coastline of north east Cornwall, home to the surfing beaches of Bude and the unspoilt coves at Sandymouth and Duckpool, are not far away, and the surrounding countryside is full of tors to climb, rivers to swim in, woodland trails to hike, cycle or horse ride along and welcoming village pubs. There are several National Trust properties nearby, not least Lydford Gorge with its breathtaking Whitelady Waterfall, or you could enjoy a cream tea at Hotel Endsleigh, a gastro-pub lunch at the Dartmoor Inn, an evening meal at Lewtrenchard Manor or a pint at the Clovelly Inn.
Wolf Wood is located in a valley to the north of Dartmoor, just outside the village of Bratton Clovelly.

Black Wolf Treehouse is accessed by a rope bridge and it has a rustic feel throughout, with wall-to-wall windows, a cosy wood burner, a king size bed from where you can watch the sun rise, a bunk room for children, a well-equipped kitchen and a selection of board games and books. The large deck is home to a private Jacuzzi bath which looks out over the tree canopy. Stargazer Treehouse has the feel of a Scandinavian summerhouse, with pitch pine lined walls, a main bed and a sleeping shelf, and two baths, one inside and one out.
The treehouses are set within 13 acres of verdant woodland, and within the grounds you will find a number of picnic and barbecue areas, a small river where you can dip your toes and build dens, a tangle of beautiful footpaths and an abundance of native trees, flowers and wildlife.
